sod and soil quoto

i need help estimating a job that is 10,000 sq ft. the owner wants 3-4 inch soil and sods .my soil is aroung $20 per yard,and the sod is $1.50 each 15" by 4'.can anyone help.also this is flat groung and i have a bobcat if needed.
