Man those are nice, you could hold a track meet on that yard!

How much does this yard run per mow? and curious how long does it take for you?

nice house, nice stripes. Bet those fruit trees get messy come the fall though?

They pay $80/visit and it takes me around 85-90 min by myself.. mow, trim, and blow. Theres a section off to the side, and a bit of a side and front lawn but not much to speak of. Going down that hill on the Proslide is a bit scary at times.. wants to fold up on me. You're right, Im sure Ill be cursing those trees by fall .. blah..

An Agco-allis 1616H 44''deck, same as a simplicity broadmoor.

That machine never fails to impress me...that turf was 6'' tall and damp...actaully i was cutting in a light rain...anyway, that was with a mulch kit, cutting from 6'' to 3''...no clumps, no visible clippings...and prrrty stripes.

heres another...
