I need help!!!

I am brand new in lawncare/yard maintenace. I have done very few jobs (i have very little exp.) MY question: Is it unprofessionel to leave yard debris and grass on property? Do most people expect you to remove it? Is mowing a lawn without a bag out of the question? Should this be adressed to the customer from the beginning? I have a Geo metro and a 21'' push mower.

Please help!! I want to be succesful.

Mulch it or rake it, I wouldn't leave it there. If you go the raking route, charge accordingly.
May peace and blessing from the LORD be with you, Fellow Hot Rod Freaks!!
