ive been in this situation before and the sub i chose offered to drop his stop fee ($30 per house) and just charge me his per 1000 sq ft rate. He told me going rate and thats what i billed the cust. It worked out that i made $30 per application per customer for doing nothing. I liked that deal alot!

Hi Jterrell,
I can help you with this. Call me. Look me up in SBC under Discovery Lawn & Landscape. We no longer are in the mowing business and work with other contractors who do not offer Fert. and weed control services. We also refer our customers to the companies we work with for mowing. We have sent over 50 mowing accounts to other companies within the last 2 months.
