Reputable bulk MULCH distributors that deliver to MD?

Anyone know of a good bulk mulch distributor? I don't want to just order from anyone (don't want fungus problems, etc). I have a spot to store mulch for next year and after getting shorted 1yd here... 1/2 yd there from buying at the local nursery, I decided enough is enough.

Noticed SSprocessing was mentioned in another thread a while back. Anyone actually use them and like them? Still interested in hearing what others use.

S&S Processing mulch is junk unless it's Triple Shred. Their triple is the best I've ever used but everything else is crap. Bad dye, always wet, too many huge chunks, etc.

Grant County is what we use, except triple shred. I've never used their triple shred, so I can't comment on it. But Grant County's dyed double mulches are top notch. Dry, even dye colorization, and ground up very well. They're based out of WV, and they deliver to PA, so they probably deliver to MD as well.

Thank you.. will call Grant County. Looking at their website how is the select hardwood bark vs. Premium Red Oak? How are they on pricing per tractor trailer load?

Can't comment on pricing or Red Oak. Select hardwood is fantastic. Best double I've every used. Color retention is decent...about what you'd expect for a non-dyed. Smooth and easy to spread, no big chunks like some doubles I've used.

That's ok I hear you on the leaf clean-ups. Thank you for getting back to me about the pricing.
