what ever happened to the FLYMOW !!

My parents had one of those flymow's as a kid growing up, anyone remember?? it floated on the ground, had no wheels. I could sure use one of those for a account I have with an extrememly steep hill. ( and yes it actually has grass growing on it)

do they make something comparable now?

All good Flymo are to be found hanging in the garages on all the sites I service!!! HaHa

Seriously: petrol ones now marketed in UK by Allen a professional mower company, electric home owner ones can be found in a DIY stores.

Yeah I'm not sure where you find them but Allen does sell a good one. I know almost all golf courses use them to mow around bunkers. So there is a niche or need for them.
