Ferris IS 3000 owners

Any idea here? This man brings his Ferris IS 3000 (62" deck)in the shop and the eye bolt for the belt tensioner on the deck is bent straight and one of the pulleies is broke. He says he did not hit anything it just quit cutting. The belt was not broke or showed any damage and the blades did not show any damage. Ferris wants to see the pulley and eye bolt for them selfs.

It says my pictures are too large. I will resize and post them later.

vipermanz> I say that he must have hit something then changed the blades before bring it in for repairs.

chuckers> There is a metal guard that is strong enough to hold up me (250 lbs)better than 1/8" thick covering the pulley and belt and there was no sign that it had been damaged. But did he put the guard back on after the fact is another question.

I feel it is something he did but can not figure out what he did or how he did it.
