I am going to add my first crew,and am wondering what to do with the guys in the winter time...lots of options here...

come one guys,,,what about the smaller guy that does mostly mowing for hte season,,i cant live on installs,,,well,,i could,,but i cant because i dont have all that work,,,please let me know

i dont think there are 'lots of options here'

if you have many many mowing clients, well them there are some options. but you state this is your first crew?

unless you want to pay out all your profit in payroll it might be best to just lay them off and call them back when things get growing again.
