1996 48" Bunton Walk Behind Mower

Have just purchased a used 1996 48" Bunton Walk Behind Mower which had no manual. Trying to locate a dealer where I can obtain a copy. I am located in Massachusetts, if anyone has any information as to where I can get an owners manual or parts catalog for this 1996 model I would appreciate any information anyone can give me.

Thanks for any help,

cr2sc

Thanks to you all for the quick response. I truly appreciate all your help. I will definately contact the names listed above. I have attempted to get onto Jacobson's website but I was unable to get past the registration point. Someone today told me that parts over ten years old are difficult to come by, have any of you found this to be true? He said that he has been unable to obtain a current catalog from Textron since 1999 although still able to get actual parts. Have any of you experienced this at all? Thanks again for your help.

I would get the contact information from the Jacobson website and email them. Earlier this year I bought a used Bunton with no manuals. I emailed Jacobson, and within a couple of days, they sent me the owner's manual and the parts manual for my mower in PDF. I printed them out, and they've been quite helpful in getting the parts I need. As far as obtaining parts go, my mower is a 1998 and I've been able to get parts through my local dealer and special order though J-Thomas.

I think you will find that most parts on your bunton are interchangeable with other brands of mowers. Check out one of the on-line parts suppliers...Chuck
