Best trimmer line? Strongest? Must buy today...

I use .095" size trimmer line. I was using Husqvarna "Titanium" line. It is pretty good stuff, but my spool is totally out (I can't believe I actually used an entire spool in 2 months - never done that before). Since I am out I want to know if there is anything out there that is considered the best or at least really good. I hear a lot of guys say that Gatorline is strong.

I don't want any of the triangle or square shaped stuff, thats about all I can rule out. It snags on grass and is hard to control while edging, and it is also difficult to keep it from getting tangled in the trimmer head.

Any suggestions or advice would be great!

we use .105 stihl. It has given us good service thus far.

I use the husky titanium also, i don't think i could go back to anything else. 2 months is a short period of time to use that much line. what size spool were you using 3 , 5, 10 lbs?

Gator Magnum Square, toughest I've found, outlasts others, much less restringing.

I bought a 5lb roll of Gator Line square, but I am having a hard time getting it to rap on the spool. I am not getting that much on the spool, however what I can get on there last forever it seems like.

husq titanium is the stuff i use, all sizes have been good to me .80 around sensitive beds, .95 and up is great for edging and triming around rock walls, but you've already been using it, so you know how well it works...

I am not especially privvy to all the different kinds of string, but I can say that Professional Extreme String by Arnold is absolutely unbelievably strong compared to the BS string that the wackers come with. I can't stress enough how good this string is to us and I can 't imagine a similar string being any stronger, but I have not used many other products, so take it for what it is worth.

By the way, nobody in the area seems to know about this stuff, even though I got it at Home Depot...... weird.

Also, this string is square, but my brother and I do superhuman things with our whackers so I don't see why that would be a problem for you.
