My First Stripes

Here is a pic of my front lawn with my first stab at striping with my new Exmark Lazer Z. Now I'm really into cutting the grass. Just have to fertilize and get rid of the weeds...

Looks Good Robert, once you put down some fert that yard will green up and you'll start getting darker stripes.... looks like you got a nice property there

Lokks like a sligtly bent salix (weepin willow)- probably not too late to try staking it (tripod fashion - 2 to pull it up right and third on leaning side)

Yeah it's a weepin willow... I get some high winds here that are making it grow that way. The other willow (not in the pic) is doing much better then this one. All the bottom branches die out on this one. Any reason for this?

looks to me that maybe the tree is in too deep, plus there isn't a big enough tree well. I like to take out the grass to the dripline...
