Bagger keeps ripping

Have bagger for lesco z2 and the basket keeps breaking this will be the 9th time I will have to weld it. I know what you gonna say that im putting to much grass in it before I empty but this is not the case. I have the bag before you put the bracket over the pins. This should have always been there when you started to make them . My basket is three yeas old. I have an original skagg catcher that is 10 years old I have yet to weld that one . I guess Im just venting on the design of the old bag. Not really happy with it and for the price that i paid i cant just ditch it . I'll just keep welding it and screaming at it.

Mole,
Give me a call and I will try to help you out. I don't quite know what you mean about the bracket over the pins? Maybe we can reinforce you bagger a bit for you (maybe this winter when your season slows down). Call me before you have anything rewelded- I can send you a few spare parts that will make any fix quite a bit better. If you are having some problems with the screen where it attaches to the frame it is better to put a rivited patch on rather than have it rewelded. The screen can be very tricky to weld, as it tends to get an oxide layer after being out in the elements.

I agree, locutus, that is good customer service. Now if my local mower shop was only 10% this good.....
