homeade grass collector for ZTR

i see alot of guys around here with something that appears to be a homeade grass collector. tube from blade housing to a garbage can. seems simple. is it that simple, or is this something that they've bought? also, do they need a fan inside the tube to help the clippings get up into the bag?

reason being is that i need a bagging system for the dixie but not about to spend a grand for one, looking for cheapest but most efficent way to get one.

any help would be greaty apperacited.
