Landscape reno.

What would you guys get to completely renovate this landscape?
The homeowner left it solely up to me as to remove and add as I wish.

Photo #30 with the fence, small bed and concrete is a pool area. That 3 foot wide strip surrounds the concrete that surrounds the pool. It basically all looks like the one photo.

Mulch coverage is 17 yards.
Mulch cost is 24.00 cu. yd. and the mulch is only 2 miles away.

I have submitted a price and already and got the job. What would you do it for?
