I'm basically looking for contracts to compare and make one of my own. I am starting a lawn maintance company in the spring and just looking for some help. I have been working for a lawn company for the last 10 years and his contracts are not that appealing.

That's what I use. As said above, they are good. As a matter of fact, I have all three disks. Saves me alot of time, and they are well written.
