chinch damage

I have alot of lawns with chinch damage. The damage is minor (yellowish grass) about 5-10 ft2 per yard. I heard that the root structure is probably still good. Can anyone recommend something that will bring these areas back the quickest. By the way all of these areas have been controlled with sevin or diaz.
Thanks in advance, Don
