Starting pay and rasies??

What do you guys pay for starting a new worker? How often do you give them a rasie? Do you give them paid vacation or insurance? The problem I have is my workers want a $1 raise a least every year and I can only give so much...do you just get new ones every so often or what??

I start my guys at $12. After a week or two when they know the ropes completely, I move them to $15. Crew foremen make $20.

Start between 7-8. Foreman 12. .50 raise per yr

it really depends on where you live at the wage. Ask around the area in which you live in. Because you are going to get answers from $7 per hr up to $25 per hr
