Gator line

I am trying to decide which trimmer line to get. Does anybody use Shindaiwa .095 twisted? I hate that crap. It frays and makes the trimmer vibrate, doesn't seem to last too long and makes the trimmer head feel really heavy. I thought I would try gator line but i can't seem to find it anywhere. Where is a good "cheap" place to get it?

Any Oregan dealer can order it or will have it on the shelf. Go on their website at the top of the page and find a dealer. Best stuff I have found. All I use now.

The gator line is great. It's super sharp & seems to last longer. There's a wire running down the center of it.

Gator Line:

Gator line comes in round or square and with or without an aramid fiber core.

We sell more square than round line because so many of our customers use commercial fixed line heads instead of the homeowner tap and go heads.

I haven't heard of any sonic welding problems with the round line in tap and go heads. Welding has been a problem with other line we have sold but a shot of WD40 is all that is needed to prevent that problem.

Gator line is the best we have ever sold!

The round or square? Ive used the square and have loved it. I liked it more then gator line. I think I bought my 3lbs spool for like $8. Got a heck of a deal.
