There are varible costs involved,You need to provide more information.
:blob3:
Is the bed prepared?
Is mulching involved?
Is regular maintenance included,deadheading,weeding etc...
Are you providing the plants?
Are they providing the plants?
Do you need soil admendments?
Are you going to be fertilizing them?
Are you replacing dead plants?
Are you mulching them?
Is the mulch provided?
Do you supply the mulch?
Is this a one time deal,or a contract?
Are you going to change from (ex. Gerainums to pansies)?

Consider these questions and calculate your cost, and you should have your answer.

Good Luck

Annuals

I charge $30 a flat of 48 ct annuals. Includes bed topdressed with compost and one Osmocote application at planting. My flats run me wholesale about $8.50. I don't feel that this is quite a fair price. I would charge more if I could, but the market won't bear it. My competitors would do it for less than I. But I have lucrative garden maintenance contracts with all my annual install clients.
