We put company vehicles in the company name with truck tags, if you have non comms you can not put your sign on the truck. If the vehicle is in your name then you are responsible, if it is in the companys name then the company is responsible. Protect your self.

We put trucks in a property asset business name that we started up and rent them to the landscaping company. I know I'm paranoid, but if I lose accounts due to lawsuit, I still have properties and equipment.

lawyers recommendation to do it that way.
Landscaping company is incorporated and property company is llc.
Apparently, everything is supposedly seperate and protected as well as myself personally.
