cleats/spikes

what are good brands of strap on cleats that go over your boots? or is it better to just go buy a pair of regular cleats???

I bought a pair of baseball shoes and took the plastic spikes off and replaced with metal spikes. I can go up and down any hill with out any problem. I also have a pair of spikes that you velcro on to your shoes, their called ice spikes. I use them on the fire department in the winter when we have rescues in are state park.
