Does anyone thats been around in the lawn buisness for a long time know what I can do about a customer that I have a contract with that will not pay? Do you know what the legal rights for a lawn buisness are?

If its a simple case of, you did the work and they won't pay, Small Claims usually does the trick.

Have you attempted to collect the money yet? First I'd find out what the deal is with them.
