Send a letter, postcard, or call the real estate developers and property management companies in your area. The real estate developers own most of the office builings and shopping centers in an area and lease them out to tenants. The building may say for example, AT&T on it but chances are it is owned by XYZ Development or XYZ Properties ect. So it wouldn't do you any good to contact AT&T because they are just a tenant, when XYZ is the one in charge of the property.
