Fert Lic in Texas

Do you need a license to apply fertilizer in Texas? Anybody have a link to where I need to go? Ive been to the DOA site but it says nothing about fertilizer, just pest apps.

For just straight fertilizer, no herbicide or insecticide included - No.
You have your choice of licensing agencies, Texas Department of Agriculture or Structural Pest Control Board should you consider acquiring a license.
