it looks like it would be a time saver. although, I'm not sure what the home owner will say when there lawn looks like they layed landscape fabric on it.

I understand it is only cool type grasses and some Bermuda. Is this correct?

yes, bermuda is the only warm season.
it was $.20/sq foot comes out to be $180/yard. sod here is only $1.25/yard. they claim to be working on centipede, but with 90% of turf in the US being cool season, they're dragging thier feet on it.

thats very interesting, because sod (st augustine) here is $3.00 a yard.

Blue/yellow for .20 isn't bad, blue grass sod is .30-36 per foot here in NH. It does looking very interesting and very easy to install. But why do it when I can sub hydro seeding for .04-.05 per foot.
