Printing Flyers

I'm looking to print at least 5,000 flyers and/or door hangers. What would be the best way to print this many flyers/door hangers? Local print shop? Or is there someplace online that offers printing at a nice price? I've ordered business cards from vistaprint.com and find they are way better than the local print shop. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Try www.rndsigns.com they may have just what you're looking for. I had a quote of $175 for 500 when I spoke with them the other day.

I have always used our local print shop, althought it is more of a national chain. Alphagraphics, they are smaller and more personal than the larger print shop chains. They have done great work for me in the past. I am going to try the online printing next I have seen some great prices that beat my print shop by hundreds of dollers. So I hope I get a nice finished product from them. We shall see, it is always good to try new things at least once.

After doing a cost analysis I found that I can do all my own printing for less than 1/3rd the price of print shops. I do most of my printing in the off season since I have the time, and then when spring rolls around I'm ready to go.

I am getting ready to have 25,000 printed for around .055 cents each. That's full color, both sides and gloss. www.48hourprint.com

5000 printed full color, one side and gloss will cost you .085 cents each.

Wow! I can't even imagine spending $13,750 on flyers. I would rather take that money and use it towards a yellow pages ad which has done very well for me thus far. Then I would still have enough money left over to use as a down payment on a new truck.

Hi rookie03,

A lot of LCO's that have downloaded our flyers and door hangers seemed to be pretty happy with www.48hourprint.com

I couldn't either...lol Look at my post again.... it says .055 cents. Don't forget to put that zero in there when doing the math. That's five and a half cents per copy....which comes out to $1375 and that's with a special they are having for one week only....normally it would be about $350 more than that and that is still the least expensive I can find. Shoot, Office Max wants around .75 cents per copy with color, but I am sure thay have to be using just a color copier. Just think, 25,000 flyers at .75 cents would cost $18,750 plus $1181 which is a grand total of $19,931. But anyway, no...I am not spending that much on flyers....lol The delivery is going to cost around .03 cents each...which is not bad either considering I could spend .23 each if I mailed postcards.

My bad! I was just skimming posts and thought it said $.55 instead of $.055.
