We have both, but on my trimmer, I prefer the Kwik Loader everytime. We use aftermarket heads that all have the same interchangeable spools, so re-spooling takes only seconds anyway. I like the KL for alot of the comercial properties we service b/c I can run a wider swath , and they sit lower to the ground which makes for a more even cut on open pieces of land and hillsides.JMO...

neither here
we use manual spools here
with the warm season grasses they are cut so close, my guys inadvertantly bumb the heads and will go through a wholw spool in a few yards,
OR you have a guy banging it on the ground trying to let out line when it's twisted, etc, and will not feed. He'll leave scalped circles from his bumping.

I like the bump and feed. Specifically the Veri line of heads.
