New York State Comp Ins.

Anyone out there fighting NYS comp insurance, I have an estimated balance from 1989 and they will not give me comp unless i pay an old estimated balance. When I ask to fill out the forms they refuse it and say just pay it.

They can do and say anything, no rules

Anyone have this problem/ and if so did you correct it
