Yard Signs...found a good price!!!

Found this on eBay. This has to be about the best price I have ever seen on yard signs. I have found competitive prices, but not with you logo installed. Everytime I have emailed this guys with questions, he as replied the very same day. Looks like I might pick up 50 of them...3 color...wow....what a price!

This may sound like a stupid question, but how will these signs be used?
What I mean is, will you placing them at clients homes where you did a large mulch job, a retaining wall, patio etc and the sign will say, "another fine job by insert company name".
Or do you plan on putting them at your lawn customers and the sign will say "this property maintained by insert company name"
OR do you plan on putting these signs out strategically thru your service area sorta like politicians place their signs during election years along roadsides and busy intersections?
I like the sign idea, just trying to decide what way would be the most effective in advertising.

I'd say all of the above. There was a new lco that started up here last spring. He lives on the corner of two busy streets. He put one up in his own yard and then offered the nieghbours on the other three corners free lawn service if he could put a sign in their front yards for the summer. By the end of April he had over 200 new accounts and that was the only advertising he did.

What I was planning with mine...I was going to list the top 3 services I wanted to market along with my logo and phone number. I have a designer that is only going to charge $25 to design the sign for me and put into .eps format (what the printer suggested). I was going to put it in a couple of client yards and offer some sort of discount for services and also at some busy intersections. They are cheap enough to where I could afford to lose a few here or there. Let me know if you are interested in a my designer.

Damn right Walker I was thinking the same as above. You gave me some good info on my postcards and im going to use it. Thank you again and good luck with those signs. Of course you will be posting the sign on this site I would think? Right?
