Kawasaki Engine Manual

I have one question and one plea for help.....

First, I traded my 36" Metro in to the dealer for a 48" Turf Tracer HP a couple of months ago. The unit is a couple of years old, but is still dealer new and under the standard new warranty. I'd like to know the actual date of manufacture (you'll understand why when you read my plea). The model/serial for the mower are as follows:

Model: TT4817KAC
Serial: 320713

Now the plea for help.....The 17HP Kawasaki engine manual was missing from the package and the dealer is struggling to get it. I've sent e-mails to the eXmark web site and to the KawPower (kawasaki small engine site) site and cannot get a response.

The Kawasaki engine model is: FH500V-BS06. (serial: FH500VB28927)

Given the thousands of dollars I paid for the mower, I would have hoped my purchase was complete, but at this point I'll pay some more dollars for a copy if I need to.....I just am stunned I have a new mower and neither the dealer nor manufacturers can provide an engine manual. My fear is I have a mower with a very odd configuration that was a limited production and that's why I can't easly locate the manual.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.......thanks..........Indy_Mike

you might be better off calling exmark (402) 223-6300 than emailing them. Simply, tell them that you just purchased a dealer new mower and the engine manual was missing. I'm sure they've got more than a few laying around everywhere.

You should be able to order the manual from any Kawasaki (Exmark) dealer. Even if they won't pay for it the price should be under 10 bucks. The part number is:

99920-2129-10
