9 to 36 Spline Couplers

I have a 36 spline Peerless that 'gave up the ghost' last fall. I found a 9 spline replacement (brand new) for $85. Does anyone know if and where I may be able to find a coupler (from tranny to drive shafts) to join a 9 spline tranny shaft to a 36 spline drive shaft? Or, should I just order new drive shafts too? Keep in mind, I'm trying to save some $$$$$ here!

I did the same thing your doing. Swapped a 36 spline for a 9 spline. You can not get a coupler for a 36 to 9. So buy new shafts too. There not not much. I used J-Thomas for my parts.
