i was asked to bid on a commerical property for fertilization.
6 step program
1-lime (based on ph)
2- pre-m with fert
3 fert.with spot spraying weeds/or blanket application of broadleaf weed control (liquid)
75% of it i can use my ride-on sprayer/sprader.
25% i need my lesco broadcast.
83,000 sf
$210.00 to $250.00 per application
what do you guys think?
i have chem-lawn and lawn dr. as competition

How did you come up with the price? Off the top of my head, it seems a bit low for almost two acres.

$284.00 for me.

We would bid it as follows for broadcast applications:
Fert: $249 per app.
WC/IC/CGP: $332 per app.
Lime: $290.50 per app. (heavy rate lime =40#/M pelletized)

Program would be billed at $297.42 per application.
