Employment Forms

Any of you guys have any employment forms available?

I'd like some forms for the new potential employee's to fill out..

I just went somewhere (mcdonalds, grocery store, ect) asked for an application, brought it home, cut and paste by hand what I wanted on it, and made copies.

Go to an office supply and buy a tablet of them, less than 10 bucks.

Actually, I found this out after I paid for a form online, that if you have Microsoft Office, you can go to the office site and download different forms for free. I believe an employment application was one of them..

If you open up something like Word, and go to "new" and then select to create from template, there should be an option in the template selection area to select from "office site" and you can go and search on there for one that you need.
