I totally agree.. 11/hr is good pay.. to start... sht i know guys start you out at 7./hr

Oh it might be good pay considering, but the problem you have is his impression of good pay after he is standing out in the sun a few weeks. What you end up with is a disgruntled employee, and that is like inviting cancer to come stay a while. Same reason why large companies will not hire a person for a wage that is significantly less than their previous job, even if they are changing to a field that historically pays less.

We atart at $10.00hr. A laborer generally makes between $10 - $14hr., while a foreman makes $15.00+ per hr to start.
