Feed back on this trimmer, the post ended without getting into details.

Reason I ask is I have one,two weeks old, appears to be OK, but the season hasn't really started, and don't want to be left wishing I should have picked up something else.........but need to know if I need a back up.

So those that have been using them, please:

You always need a backup. Is that a Kawasaki trimmer? If so, it should give you good service.

There is nothing wrong with getting a new trimmer now and making the Kawi a backup. BTW, I have a backup for everything Mower, blower, trimmer, edger.etc.
