If heavy shade, none of cool season turf will do very well, and although tt tall fescue states it will grow in shade, if you have heavy shade their are other better turfgrass than tall fescue!

It is probably 80% shaded. The customer says they want t fescue but if there is someting that will perform better I could probably sell them on it. What do you think would work best (Oklahoma area).

I would imange the fine fescue would work, especially the creeping red fescue. You should research tho, since I'm in va. Check out the university for recommendation and the national trials!
