Gopher software question
I am interested in getting the gopher software this season.
I have a question for the ones using it with quickbooks. How much of a hastle is it to double enter the invoices paid into gopher and then into quickbooks? Everything else looks good to me.

Gopher & Quick books integration
I wanted to use gopher to do that exact thing. The problem is the two programs are POORLY integrated. The service list in Gopher does not link up with the service list in Quick-Books. With this in mind, you will have to create a new invoice in QB that corresponds to the one in Gopher; if you are going to do that, you don't need Gopher. Don't get me wrong, for the price I think Gopher is nice, but they must have had the D students coding on QB integration day.

Hi Premo Services & MWHC,
You should be able to enter your invoices and payments into Gopher and then export them to QB. We are currently improving and expanding the Gopher - QB link. If you have specific things you would like to see Gopher do with QB please email us your request at support@gophersoftware.com Thank you! |
