Hire a Company to pass flyers.....lazy?????

Would I be considered lazy if I hired a company that charged .03 cents a flyer to pass them out for me? I have a full time job, but I do have time to pass out flyers and would pass some out. I'm just not sure how many of the 5,000 I would do. Any thoughts?

If I could find someone to do it for 3 cents a piece I wouldn't think twice about paying for it. That's only $150.00 for the 5 thousand. I'd wear out a pair of $150.00 shoes doing that. The response rate would be much better than if you paid to have the newpaper insert them.

How'd you find someone to do it for that price? I'm looking to have someone do the same for me.

I use 2 different companies to pass out flyers, they each charge 2.5 cents per flyer. What they do is, they put your flyer in a plastic sleeve with a bunch of other clients flyers, that's why it's so cheap. The only company I've found that puts out just you flyer (on the front door) charges 10 cents per flyer.

It's well worth the money IMO.

I have found that inserting them in the paper is not very effective. I have better success passing them out to homes. The nice thing about doing it yourself, is that you know what homes are getting the flier. I only target certain neighborhoods with my flier. I put them in the persons newspaper box. Many of the mailbox holders have a bulit in paper box.
