My front wheel spindle, or maybe they call them forks are horribly bent on my 2005 xt3200-60. Dealer says they will not fix this under warranty unless they break, doesn't matter how bent they are. Anyone else have this problem?? I only have 50 hours now on this machine this year.... I've had a lot of bad luck with it, but everything except this has gotten fixed. I'd like to be able to drive at full speed, or at least mow straight, but these bent in front wheels make this difficult...

Guess it would be thecaster arm, it's the part that straddles the wheel/tire, but the thing like 3/8" thick...

    Materials needed to break it:
    1) 2 pieces each 4 ft of solid chain with hooks.
    2) One fullsize pickup truck.
You can probably guess the rest but tie one chain to fork, then to a tree, other end to truck, floor it and voila LOL.

Don't know, they had a little bit of a lean in when I got it new, and have just gotten progressively worse.

Then it should be covered by the warranty. If this happened to me, I would call Dixie Chopper direct.

Sounds strange but in any case call the factory at 1-765-CHOPPER and they will get you fixed up. DON"T BREAK THE CASTORS OFF. That could lead to Dixie denying warranty on any of the mower.
