    I am looking at a 2006 chevy 3500 1 ton dump
    white with a black body
    45,000 miles
    4x4
    6.0 L
    new tires
    basic work truck
    hand crank windows
some rust on parts of the dump body
and the typical V in the tailgate from dumping with his hitch on
never had a plow on it
    1 owner
    clean cab

what do you think is a fair price....kbb really dosent work to good because it says pickup and what not

$13-15k tops is my guess, there was one by me not long ago that was the same year but only had just over 1k miles because the guy never really got his business going and he was asking $19k and the truck looked brand new.

Your not far from me, and ive been looking at dumps myself. Prices are high arould here. Id say 16-18K for that truck would be a good price. I found a 2004 with 20K and a plow, dealer wanted 29K and got it. was a 6.0 also. Same dealer has a 2001 f550 7.3 with 80K and is looking for 21K. Depaula has a black 08 w/ss v plow with only a couple thousand miles on it for 36K. Good luck with the search...

its actually in a package deal for $23,000

I will get the truck described above

    16ft hallmark enclosed trailer
    -drop down ramp
    -side door
    -white with aluminum everything
-he bought it new in 2004

    Scag 52 inch cut zeroturn
    -547 hrs on it
    -bagging system
    -real nice shape
    -he bought new in 2005
    -removeable dethatcher on the front

Known the guy for years he was a solo operation and did 12 accounts one day a week..hes got a nice state job..reason he selling is his kid is old enough for tball he wants to be around more and coach...already sold his accounts..what do you guys think

Is everything in very good shape? Big Q is if you have enough work to justify the cost. If so go for it. Of course I'd offer a lower $$. If he's looking to unload all at one time he may drop some to avoid the hassel of listing and selling everything seperate.

yaa everything is in great shape..like i said only 1 day of mowing a week..up her thats around 25 or 26 cuts wear ..means this stuff worked 1 month of the year total..got a good amount of contracts lined up and alot of hardscaping, plantings etc..my brother and I both have degrees in Ornamental Horticultire and plan on running our business untill our kids one day take it over...he hasnt even listed it yet just ran into him at a good time..giving me to the 1st to decide

Did a little searching last night. finding 02-04's for 15k+ with 50-60k on them.
06-07's with 40k+ for 20-26 grand and some alot higher......
23K for truck trailer and mower is sounding better and better. Take the plunge, and have fun this yr.
