06' Exmark Turf tracer HP 48" floating deck mower has 1,000 hours on the mower everything works well the hydros are responsive and have no leaks. It needs a new engine the cost is $2,000 to replace it. If you want I will replace the engine I'm asking 3500 for it with a new engine. The tires are about 60% front and back I do the oil changes regularly on the machine, I always grease and clean the mower! There is no rust or cracks on the mower, no welds on the deck. It has been used by a commercial landscaper but is in great condition! If you want it with out the new engine I am asking $1,200 for it. My prices are not firm, I will negotiate I will also except trades if you have something tell me and maybe we can work something out. call or text me at 484-868-seven zero eight four. Here is the link to my thread with pictures of it http://www.lawnsite.com/showthread.php?t=397529&highlight=arena+landscaping&page=6

Have heard engine warranties are not transferable so the buyer would be ahead to get his own engine.

Good luck. Hope it sells quickly.
