    Alright this is my little big project that I started today.

    Took me and my helper 20min to rip out old crap and do plantings with mulch.

    I plan on 10 a day, after I finish my mowing route.

    man, that looks great!!!!! if you dont' mind me asking, how much did you get on that $$$ wise?

    Its a 40k job.

    Each garden is 26ft long and 3ft wide, with all similar plants that are going to be used, keeps things simple.

    I figure I can knock out the whole mobile home community in a few weeks.

    Then I gotta redo the front entrance landscaping and the back, thats another 15k.

    $40K to do 270 of them. :dizzy:

    $148 for 20 min work - materials... not bad

    I think the community should have gone with more color.

    What do you guys think?

    less color makes the homes look better.

    too much color will cause the homes to look like trash.
