I was just curious as to what happened to some of the threads. Last week there were over 100,000 and know were back down to 98,000 some. Just curious

I made some changes to the site - mostly forum arrangement. Some of the old forums (snow & ice, welding & fabricating, sponsors messages) were removed from view which means their posts no longer count towards the overall thread-count. The snow and ice was removed since we have direct links to what is now plowsite.com and the same with welding since we have weldingweb.com and the sponsor message section was combined with the overall announcement forum on the site.

Looking through all the old forums that existed that are no longer in view I'm guessing there are thousands of threads and posts not actually counted any longer....examples are "old truck forums", "farm equipment" and so on....they eithe rno longer fit the site or were replaced over time.
