I already put in my bid on it, today, but what would you bid on a 11 acre apartment complex, just mow, trim and blow. Edging is a seperate issue they said. The place is run down and will not require alot of care or anything. Just the econo-cut thing. I am curious how close I got LOL. Maybe a better question is what is a good average rule of thumb for apt. per acre or whatever.
    thanks

I'm guessing any where in between 675.00 to 775.00. How close did I come?.:) BTW that is just mowing, blowing ,and going with very minimal trimming.

So I am assuming then about 6 acres or less of turf due to building, parking lot, pool, sidewalks, etc?????

No pool hoss. 6 acres about right.
Heller, I bid $660 so you come close. I figured about $60/acre since there is alot of trimming. That doesn't figure in the parking lot and driveway spaces so it is much higher per acre of grass. I will probably be lowballed unless no one else bids LOL it isn't a desireable property but hey it is work and money payup

According to your above post you bid $660 for 11 acres. But you just said it is 6 acres of grass. That would be $360. You should no way be the lowballer on this one. If you get it, you da man.

Wal.... I figured that would count for all the trimming and some blowing.
    I will let you know;)
