How much would you charge for a flat 110,000 sf a decent amount of trim work?

I can't say because a decent amount of trim work could mean anything from a 200 foot long ditch that takes 1/2 hour to a full-scale commercial parking lot with a ton of curbs and islands that takes half a day ...

But assuming it's a residential lot, 110 standard for 2.5 acres, then it depends on what is defined by a decent amount of trim work, thou a 200-foot long ditch I'd likely throw in for 10 or 20 bucks extra, all depends how wide it is, anyhow 110 starting for a standard job...

$110-$135 depending on the trimming involved. Thats just my guess.

its a commercial lot with a side road about 2000 feet long, also 15 small mulch beds, two bench seats, 5 big rocks, and some random trees.
