Holy crap I thought I was on the lower side at $0.00315 a sqft my bid came out to just over 400 bucks. This is a commercial property has frontage and 2 sides with a slope you can barley walk up and the back has a huge retention pond and is half of the 131,000 sqft. Just the front slope alone made me nervous and I've run mowers over some scary places. Have at it!!!! My guess was 2 guys would be there a total of 5 hours with mowing and trimming, I'll go pick up 4-5 residentials, not possibly kill myself and make more money. Just like another post a few weeks ago......You can have your 5% profit margin.
