I think I have a leak in the top seal. It's leaking oil somewhere up high, dries and continues to build up on the cooling fins. Anybody else have this happen (on any engine)? Time wise, how long does it take to replace the seal? Thanks in advance for the replys.

Its about an hour job. have seen many of the Kaw engine top seals leak. Sometimes its the upper crank bearing that is bad, which in turn causes a wobble in the crank shaft, then it takes out the seal. If its just the seal, just pop it out carefully and insert the new one. Much like a wheel seal. Once you remove everything to get to it that is.
