Wouldn't you think that 18 workers on one installation job too much? The family and I went for a little drive today. There were some new homes going up in a golf course community. So we went to take a look. We counted 18 workers doing an install on a property that was about 15k sq. ft. There were 5 guys working on the entry way and the rest all raking with one guy on a skidsteer spotting the soil. Seemed interesting to me, never seen that many workers on a job that size.

I knew of a company that worked the same way ... They would come in with a tractor- trailer full of equipment and materials and lots of manpower.... very impressive to watch.

Gues that is their way of saying, "get in and get out".

That sounds like the road crews around here. Last week I saw over 30 guys working (mostly standing around) a small intersection. Wish I had a camera with me because it would have been the perfect road crew picture.
