just quoted a sod job for a 9000 square ft yard on lake shore. with a hill.
its been graded and leveled but i am going to be cultivating it with a power rake. i have to rent a skid steer. i'm traveling about 20 miles each way to get to the property...also installing 20 bales pinstraw, 4-4-4 bolster fertilizer and planting 4 lorelpedulums. prolly me my partner and maybe one mexican.

i'm quoting it at $7000 that sound good? too high to low.

Sounds high to me. But around here, sod is installed cheap. Depends on what you are paying for sod also.

I would be closer to the $7500 since you didnt do the prep
