so I have replaced the heater core, resister plug, the fan clutch, the temperature switch in side to make it hotter or cooler because it wasn't opening the vent all the way, the thermostat and still no mother#$#$#$ heat!!! any ideas???? i have stumped myself and two mechanics.

Did you check the heater control valve? Bypass the valve to see if you get flow out of the heater core. If the valve is clogged or not working properly, you will not get flow through the core. I googled f350 heater parts and found this:

    Control valve, f350 92-96 $28.72
